Vision and Mission Statements

Assistance League of Michigan is a nonprofit corporation comprised of volunteers. Our purpose is to serve Michigan through a program of philanthropic programs, which are financially supported by grants, tributes/memorials and fundraisers.

To improve the quality of life for those in need of care, guidance and assistance through the development and implementation of philanthropic programs in  Michigan.

Mistletoe Marketplace, the signature fundraiser for the Assistance League, heralds the holiday season by hosting a delicious three course luncheon and fashion show. A new venue for the holiday event, The Palazzo Grande in Shelby Township, provides an elegant setting for over twenty-eight boutique exhibitors and two unique raffles. We are excited that Monica Gayle, WJBK Fox 2 News Anchor, is the Honorary Chairperson. Attending Mistletoe Marketplace is an enjoyable way to support all of our philanthropic programs. Every dollar raised at this event goes directly to clothing and tutoring children and helping those in need in Michigan.
